Resolved Question: International Number for the Agricultural Bank of China (English)?

I'm currently in Canada and have an account with Agricultural Bank of China (Guangzhou location) I need to phone them and re-set the password on my account. My boyfriend has my debitcard and he was stupid and kept putting in the wrong password, well now the card doesn't work even after he has the right password. So I need to call the bank and authorize them to re-set the password so he can withdraw money (hes acutally sending me my money) But I cant seem to find a number to phone them, one where they speak English!
